- ESG and sustainability reporting obligations
- SRA and/or FCA compliance
Experience with regulated entities, cross-border compliance frameworks, or corporate investigations is highly valued.
Fee-Split Model
- 75% for work you originate and deliver
- 25% for work introduced to you by the firm
- 15% for clients you refer internally whose matters are handled by another lawyer
The Ideal Candidate
- UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 6+ years PQE
- Existing client base generating at least £100,000 in annual earnings
- Successful track record in compliance advisory or contentious regulatory work
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong professional integrity
- Collaborative and aligned with a culture of respect, ambition, and care
