We welcome lawyers with expertise in:

• Corporate governance and risk management

• Financial services compliance

• Sanctions and export control

• Data protection and privacy law

• Internal investigations

• ESG and sustainability reporting obligations

• SRA and/or FCA compliance

Experience with regulated entities, cross-border compliance frameworks, or corporate investigations is highly valued.

Fee-Split Model

• 75% for work you originate and deliver

• 25% for work introduced to you by the firm

• 15% for clients you refer internally whose matters are handled by another lawyer

The Ideal Candidate

• UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 6+ years PQE

• Existing client base generating at least £100,000 in annual earnings

• Successful track record in compliance advisory or contentious regulatory work

• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong professional integrity

• Collaborative and aligned with a culture of respect, ambition, and care
