Linkers Health is seeking Care Workers with empathy and dignity. We are looking to recruit candidates that are passionate, have empathy and compassion to improve the lives of others. Linkers Health requires a number of Care Workers to join our team. This is an essential role with high responsibility. An ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
As a Care Worker, you will provide person centred care and support to assist residents to maintain their independence including personal care, mealtimes, and activities whilst also providing a listening ear to those who need it most.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and secure facility.
- Report all irregularities back to management staff.
- Interact with the residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Accurately complete all required reports.
- Interact with families and other visitors in a professional manner.
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £10.50 per hour to £11.50 per hour
