What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide specialist equipment advice and clinical reasoning to referrers, commissioners, and operational teams.
  • Support development and delivery of high‐quality, cost‐effective equipment services.
  • Work collaboratively with health & social care professionals to influence best practice.
  • Review special orders and maximise the reuse of equipment.
  • Deliver training and demonstrations, and support catalogue accuracy.

Who You Are

  • A degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Significant post‐qualification experience, ideally with community equipment services and clinical leadership
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and multiple IT systems
