Wholesale Manager – Europe | London + Extensive Travel | Premium Footwear | Excellent salary, up to £200k Basic + Bonus A globally recognised, premium lifestyle brand is seeking a commercially minded and strategically driven Wholesale Manager – Europe to lead its regional business. With a strong heritage and an international customer base, the brand is known for its premium women\’s footwear, commitment to ethical production, and distinctive, purpose led identity. As Wholesale Manager – Europe, you will have full P&L responsibility for the region and will lead the commercial strategy across wholesale, DTC, distribution and regional partnerships – working closely with global leadership while shaping the European vision locally. Key Responsibilities: Lead the commercial growth strategy for Europe across all sales channelsBuild and nurture relationships with key retail, distributor, and wholesale partnersOwn the regional P&L, budget planning, and business forecastingCollaborate cross-functionally with global teams across Product, Marketing, and OperationsRepresent the brand across the region, acting as a cultural and strategic ambassadorIdentify new growth opportunities and regional partnershipsLead and develop a high-performing regional teamEnsure the brand\’s values – particularly around sustainability, quality and connection to the female customer- are reflected in all activity To succeed as Wholesale Manager – Europe, you\’ll be a dynamic commercial leader with a strong track record in the footwear, fashion or accessories sector. You understand what it takes to build brand presence across diverse European markets and have the credibility to influence at board level while inspiring teams on the ground.
