White-Collar Crime ParalegalLarbey Evans is working with an award-winning US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join their White-Collar Crime team in their London office on a permanent basis.Salary to £51,50009:30-17:30 working hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Excellent employee benefits!This opportunity will provide hands on experience within a high-calibre legal environment, primarily in the form of document preparation, coordination, production, distribution, and legal research.White-Collar Crime Paralegal Key Responsibilities:Cite checks, Shepardizes and proofreads briefs, memoranda of law, opinions and other documents.Analyse constitutional documents, prepare statutory declarations, and draft ancillary documents .e.g. board minutes, director resignation letters, stock transfer forms etc.Proofread and edit documents e.g. loan note registers, subscription documents, share certificatesAssist in preparation of all legal documentsPerforms non-legal research using various research tools, including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER and other court-related websites for case law, statutes, articles, books, etc.White-Collar Crime Paralegal Skills & Requirements:1-3 years’ experience within a law firm in a similar paralegal positionLaw Degree or Graduate Diploma in Law or similarAbility to navigate electronic databases and possess strong proficiency in using various research tools i.e. Westlaw UK, Lexis Library, Practical Law, company registries and other court related websites
