ROC Clinic is a private healthcare organization with offices in Central London and Aberdeen, Scotland. Specialising in Primary and Secondary Care Services, the clinic focuses on providing Rapid Access, Rapid Diagnosis, and Treatment. For businesses, ROC Clinic offers integrated healthcare services ranging from health screening and surveillance to on-site medical professionals and urgent consultations. Additionally, the clinic provides a bespoke VIP healthcare service for individuals seeking comprehensive health planning. ROC Clinic is dedicated to delivering tailored, high-quality healthcare solutions.

We are recruiting for a full-time Practice Manager (40 hrs a week), Westhill site based, who will oversee all aspects of medical practice management relating to one of our clinicians. Billing will be undertaken by the Finance team and support may be provided by other teams when applicable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clinician diary management
  • Medical secretarial duties
  • Reviewing clinical notes and drafting reports/letters
  • Patient booking and administration
  • Booking travel
  • Liaising with 3rd parties
  • Ensuring efficient logistics management

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills, who thrives on variety and seeing tasks completed to deadlines. We are looking for an individual who can own and grow this role and the service that it serves.

Previous experience in healthcare is preferred but not essential. Confidentiality is paramount to this role. Preferred experience in senior PA roles, Medical Secretarial, Legal Secretary are deemed suitable.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent use of IT applications; ability to adapt with ease to different platforms
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Project management skills
  • Familiarity with private healthcare delivery is advantageous
