An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a specialist service as a Senior Nurse. This role is ideal for a confident clinician ready to take the next step in their career, providing leadership and delivering high-quality care within a specialist mental health setting.
This service provides care across a range of specialist pathways, including low secure, medium secure, and PICU services. Experience across one or more of these areas is essential. The successful candidate will bring relevant experience within one or more of these areas and demonstrate a strong understanding of complex mental health needs and risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team on shift
- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care to service users
- Act as a role model, promoting best practice and high professional standards
