We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry.About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and results driven Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient flow of goods, maintaining robust compliance standards, and optimising our logistics processes across the UK.This role demands a proactive leader with a strong background in retail manufacturing, who thrives in a fast-paced and regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring maximum efficiency and accuracy. Implement and maintain rigorous compliance standards across all warehouse activities, particularly those relevant to restricted industries.Manage end-to-end logistics, optimising transport routes and delivery schedules to meet operational demands and customer expectations. Ensure strict adherence to regulations pertaining to tax stamps and tax duty on all relevant products.Experience & Skills Required:Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar senior operational role, with a strong background in manufacturing.Demonstrable experience in managing logistics and ensuring strict compliance within a regulated or restricted industry (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals).In-depth knowledge and practical experience with tax stamps and tax duty processes.Please ensure you apply with an up-to-date CV.Applicants must be 18 years old or above, any subsequent job offer is subject to pre employment screening checks.
