Manage workflows, shift patterns, and resources to keep everything running smoothly. Champion Health & Safety, embedding best practice and a culture of accountability. Use lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools to identify and fix inefficiencies. Communicate clearly across all levels — from the warehouse floor to senior leadership. Train, coach, and develop your team to unlock potential and build future leaders.What We’re Looking ForWe’re especially keen to hear from military service leavers with logistics or warehousing backgrounds. If you’ve led teams, managed operations under pressure, and kept people safe while delivering results — you already have what it takes.Essential skills and experience: Proven leadership in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing (military or civilian). Knowledge of lean operations, 5S, and Health & Safety protocols. Confident decision-making and problem-solving under pressure. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office. Strong communicator with the ability to motivate and develop others.
