As the Vice President of Hotel Partnerships, you are the strategic leader behind Celebrated’s hotel portfolio—driving growth, optimizing performance, and shaping the partner ecosystem that defines our brand. You oversee the development and execution of the hotel collection strategy, ensuring geographic and category balance while curating a portfolio that blends local charm with luxury.
This role is deeply cross-functional, bridging external partner management with internal team enablement and strategic product alignment. From evolving classification frameworks to leading marketing initiatives and enhancing value propositions like Celebrated Perks, you ensure that every hotel relationship delivers exceptional value—to our clients, to our internal teams, and to the hotels themselves.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, optimization, and growth of hotel partnerships, acting as the final point of escalation for all partner-related concerns.
- Own the development and execution of the hotel collection strategy, including optimizing category mix (4, 5, and Palace/Plus) and managing geographic footprint to ensure the right volume, room types, and bed configurations.
- Leads internal training initiatives for Travel Design Teams to ensure confidence in selling all properties in the collection, while driving performance to meet hotel-level night goals.
- Collaborates closely with Geographic Product Managers to maintain a continuous feedback loop, ensuring alignment on regional needs and shared goals across the hotel portfolio strategy.
- Owns the classification framework for all hotel partners—prioritizing strategic importance to the collection—and ensures relationship management and engagement programs are tailored accordingly to maximize impact by tier.
- Leads hotel marketing services and programs, enhancing existing initiatives while innovating new offerings that deliver strong value to hotel partners and drive incremental revenue for Celebrated.
- Develops and executes strategies to increase total hotel nights booked through Celebrated by optimizing internal processes, evaluating and implementing new tools, and enhancing programs like Celebrated Perks to highlight the exclusive value clients receive when booking through Celebrated.
Your Profile
- You have 8+ years of progressive experience in partnerships management with a proven track record of driving growth and leading high-impact partner strategies; experience in luxury travel or hotel partnerships is an asset.
- You are highly strategic, commercially minded, and confident navigating both the art and science of portfolio management.
- You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and negotiating with high-level hotel partners.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams with clarity and precision.
- You are resourceful and adaptable, skilled at identifying process improvements and bringing forward creative solutions in a fast-moving environment.
- You lead with humility, empowering others while holding a high bar for performance and accountability.
