We’re looking for a dynamic HR leader to join a global investment firm and drive people initiatives across the EMEA region. This role blends both Recruitment and Human Resources, reporting into the CHRO with support from a Business Partner and Associate.This is a new role, with the ability to be truly autonomous across the full hiring lifecycle; whilst partnering with HR on performance management, employee engagement, development initiatives and the wider people strategy.What You’ll Do:As a key member of the regional HR team, you’ll partner with business leaders to deliver impactful HR solutions.
