We need creative, driven people who thrive in the fast pace of a high growth startup. Role Overview We’re seeking a UI/UX Developer to join our small, but awesome distributed team. This role blends design and development: you’ll be responsible for creating high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes, then translating them into elegant, responsive, user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and technical -capable of designing intuitive user experiences, producing visually striking mockups, and delivering them as production-ready interfaces within our Microsoft technology ecosystem (Blazor, Razor, ASP.Net)Key Responsibilities Design high-quality, UI/UX mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate user flows and product vision. Develop responsive, performant front-end features and being responsible for quality HTML and CSS. Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to transform business requirements into user-friendly experiences. Own the visual consistency of the product- ensuring typography, color, spacing, and components align with brand and usability standards. Conduct and apply user research and feedback to refine designs. Iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed with attention to detail. Apply logistics/courier industry knowledge to design intuitive, workflow-friendly interfaces.What we’re looking for:A portfolio is requiredPrior commercial experience as UX/UI Developer (or similar title), ideally within a startup environment.Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similarGood core Front End Development skills.Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
