You will serve as a crucial link between the company and its customers, delivering exceptional service and expertise to maintain customer satisfaction and drive business success.Key Responsibilities And Activities IncludeOn-Site Installation: Install, set up, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites according to specifications and technical requirements.Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts as necessary to restore equipment functionality.Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
