VR/AR Unity Developer (mid level) - Cheltenham | Hybrid Working

As the senior Unity expert, you’ll shape the technical direction of interactive training tools and simulation platforms - mentoring others, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of performance and quality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading Unity development across multiple simulation and training projects
  • Mentoring junior developers and supporting technical interviews
  • Planning and delivering performant, maintainable Unity applications

  • Staying ahead of Unity’s evolving capabilities and applying them to real-world use cases
