Are you an experienced Sonographer looking to move into the commercial sector, or an Applications Specialist looking to take their career to a new level? Our client is looking for an Ultrasound Applications Specialist to join their team across the North East of the UK and work with a portfolio at the top of the market.

What you’ll be doing: You’ll support the sales team in generating new sales growth for a leading Ultrasound equipment portfolio by providing clinical and technical support for our client’s customers. Exceptional customer service will be your priority - you’ll use your expertise to provide product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
- Managing all post-sales customer product and applications training
- Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
- Identifying and documenting all key influencers within your accounts
- Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers
- Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
- Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
- Creating supporting documentation for products including formal applications reports
A bit about you: Ideally, you’ll be based in North East, UK. You’ll have at least one year’s experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
- Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
- Experience working within the commercial sector, with demonstrable customer service skills, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- A full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory
- Driven, energetic and charismatic
