We are seeking an experienced UK Dealer Training Manager to support the successful launch and ongoing growth of the Changan brand in the UK. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the business at a crucial moment as we establish our UK business. The successful candidate is required to be proactive with a passion for training, combined with a can-do approach.

As the UK Dealer Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the training strategy across our dealer network. You will ensure that all staff are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills required to represent Changan’s brand and product for both Sales & Aftersales. Your role will be critical in building a strong and knowledgeable network that reflects Changan’s strong product offering and commitment to an excellent customer experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences, from dealer staff to senior stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a market-leading training strategy to support the Changan UK dealer network across Sales and Aftersales.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with training partners, dealers, and internal stakeholders to ensure training standards are met and continuously improved.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and continuous development of dealer staff, ensuring alignment with Changan’s brand values and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure training content reflects the latest Changan product line up, system updates, and market trends.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and in-person learning materials, utilising e-learning platforms and training technologies.
