We’re looking for Technical Trainers to join our team and provide industry-leading learning experiences tailored to the needs of the mechanical, electrical, renewables and civil engineering sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging, high-quality training programs in your background sector expertise with a sector-specific focus to equip learners with practical and relevant skills.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and refine course content to reflect industry standards and learner needs.
- Providing expert instruction in your field, ensuring training sessions are interactive, accessible, and impactful.
- Supporting learners with clear guidance and constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
- Staying updated on industry developments to keep training content current and relevant.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in a sector-specific area (e.g. mechanical, electrical, renewables and civil engineering sectors) and a desire to give back to your sector by delivering high quality training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Experience in delivering and industry-compliant training is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Teaching or training qualifications (e.g., PTLLS or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learners and enhancing training delivery.
