As Third-Party Rep Manager, you will manage Fortune’s external sales representatives across European markets. This role combines commercial acumen with cross-cultural coordination and strategic enablement. You’ll be the primary liaison between Fortune and its third-party sales partners, ensuring alignment on brand standards, product knowledge, pipeline development, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Sales Channel Management
    • Act as Fortune’s day-to-day contact for all third-party sales representatives in Europe.
    • Ensure reps are fully briefed on Fortune’s value proposition, products, brand guidelines, and commercial strategy.
    • Review and refine pitch materials in collaboration with reps, ensuring local relevance and brand consistency.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Develop onboarding and training resources to help reps effectively sell Fortune’s offerings (custom content, events, digital media, print).
    • Organize regular check-ins, deal clinics, and product refreshers to build confidence and effectiveness.
  • Pipeline Oversight & Deal Support
    • Track pipeline development across all rep markets, identifying gaps, opportunities, and risks.
    • Support reps in crafting strategic proposals, joining select client meetings where high potential warrants direct involvement.
    • Monitor CRM updates (Salesforce) for completeness and accuracy, ensuring transparency across the commercial team.
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Set quarterly revenue goals and KPIs for each rep organization in consultation with the Commercial Director.
    • Analyze performance metrics and market feedback to identify underperformance and areas for improvement.
    • Recommend renewals, terminations, or expansion of rep relationships based on commercial value and alignment.
  • Market Insight & Coordination
    • Act as Fortune’s commercial eyes and ears across rep territories, surfacing trends, feedback, and competitive dynamics.
    • Collaborate with the marketing, editorial, and events teams to ensure reps align with and leverage regional activities.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in sales, partnerships, or international business development roles—experience with media, advertising, or agency environments preferred.
  • The candidate should have work rights in the UK without sponsorship support.
  • Experience managing partner or reseller relationships across multiple geographies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of European business cultures and regional differences.
