Telco Program Manager – On-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia12-month initial contract – with extensionsI am looking for an experienced Telco Program Manager to lead and oversee high-impact telecommunications programs and projects, with a focus on B2B transformation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing complex, multi-phase initiatives from initiation to successful delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end program delivery across B2B telco initiatives.Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with business goals.Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Report program progress to senior stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.Requirements15–20 years’ experience delivering large-scale telecom programs or projects, ideally in the B2B sector.Proven track record in program governance, stakeholder management, and multi-project delivery.PgMP or PMP certification required (or equivalent).Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Experience with digital transformation, 5G, or network infrastructure programs is highly desirable.Please apply to be contacted with further information.
