They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help their customers get the most value and best experience from their technology.

They are looking for an exceptional communicator, confident with customers and use to delivering an excellent customer experience.

The main focus of this role is delivering high level training, consultancy, onboarding, demonstrations and seminars to their customers, supporting both their on-boarding and continued use of the suite of financial software products.

This is almost exclusively delivered remote apart from the odd occasion or attending industry events.

Training and development will be provided and you can expect to progress every few years with the company.

Ideally you will also have a strong knowledge working with SQL, Databases, Writing/Running Scripts and Excel.

  • Requirement: Customer Success Manager
  • Own and execute end-to-end data conversions from competitor systems, covering data extraction, mapping, transformation, import, and validation
  • Own and execute database merges for existing customers, using automated tooling to manage the process
  • Interrogate, manipulate, and quality-check data using Excel and, where appropriate, SQL and scripts, to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, and errors before import
  • Collaborate with other members of both the Sales and Professional Services team to deliver training and consultancy to customers
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits
  • Be able to onboard, delivering product training, workshops and consultancy sessions with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained throughout.
  • Proactively scope out technical solutions required to address customer requirements, meeting their needs by putting them into practice during the session(s).
  • Provide internal product knowledge to Sales Team members
  • To deliver remote professional consultancy sessions

Experience Required: Customer Success Manager

  • Previous experience in a customer success, software training, consultancy, presales, customer experience position
  • Experience with SQL, Databases, Excel, Writing/Running Scrips and Data Logic
  • Experience working with financial software such as Accounting Software, Tax Solutions, Financial Software, Bookkeeping Solutions is essential
  • Experience at delivering software training and consultancy sessions to all levels of customers
  • Confidence at presenting to a large audience
  • Ability to deliver remote webinars.
  • Accountancy or financial qualifications would be highly preferable
