We are excited to announce we have three opportunities to join our Manager Academy 2025 as either a Home or Beauty Team Leader, a development programme designed for people like you – looking to take their first step in managing people or accelerate their retail management career!As a Team Leader you will be seen as a First Line Manager where you will be the driving force behind the success of your team, working shoulder to shoulder with your sales manager. Your role is vitally important to us, as you will support and develop your team of Sales Advisors being accountable for their success; You will be a strong presence on the shop floor, coaching, developing, and engaging your team, embedding product knowledge, and inspiring them to deliver an unrivalled customer experience that you yourself role model through leading an inclusive working environment!
