Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 5/6 Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist school in Tadworth supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and challenging behaviours.
The role involves working within a specialist educational setting, supporting students with complex communication and behavioural needs. You will provide assessment and intervention to support communication, emotional regulation, and access to learning.
- Manage a paediatric caseload of children and young people with ASD
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans
- Support students with social communication and behavioural regulation
- Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to EHCPs and educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
