This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established service and shape its next phase of development. You will have the autonomy to bring fresh ideas, strengthen ways of working, and build on existing foundations to further enhance quality and outcomes.

The service is ready for a leader who can make it their own β€” someone who is visible, supportive, and confident in guiding a team forward. This role offers the opportunity to embed consistency and introduce new approaches that continue to improve the experience for both the team and the people we support.

You will be working in a service supporting adults with:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Autism
  • Physical disabilities

It is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where strong leadership makes a real difference.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to build on strong foundations and shape the next phase of the service. You will be joining a large, established team and will play a key role in:

  • Creating a positive and engaged team
  • Strengthening consistency and performance
  • Driving quality and standards forward

We are looking for someone who leads from the front β€” visible, approachable, and confident in managing. You will also bring fresh thinking, particularly around activities, community engagement, and improving outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service. This includes leading and developing your team, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining strong working relationships with families and professionals.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and confident leader who understands the demands of managing a complex service. You will be resilient, proactive, and comfortable leading change where needed. To be successful, you will have:

  • Experience in a care management role
  • A good understanding of CQC and regulatory standards
  • A passion for developing teams and improving services
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)

Most importantly, you will be passionate about people β€” both those you support and the teams you lead.

Why Choose Voyage Care?

We believe in supporting our colleagues to grow and succeed. Whether you are stepping into your first Registered Manager role or looking for a new challenge, you will be supported every step of the way. This is a chance to join a recognised organisation where you can genuinely shape a service, influence change, and make a lasting difference.
