About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our branches across the Sussex and Kent Region. This is a pivotal role, where you will oversee performance, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive regional growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multi-branch operations across three sectors (primary, secondary, SEN).
  • Driving business growth by meeting targets and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Mentoring and developing Branch Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategically planning for sustainable growth and innovation in line with company goals.
  • Championing safeguarding and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the education recruitment landscape while being an integral part of our Senior Operations Team.

About You

We're looking for an inspiring leader with a proven track record in management and business growth, ideally within recruitment or a related sector. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and financial planning abilities.
  • Advanced interpersonal and strategic influencing skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
  • A passion for education and the ability to align with our values of equity, diversity, and inclusion.

While experience in the education sector is desirable, it is not essential.
