Myn is currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Social Workers to join high-performing Children's Services teams within a well-established local authority. The Opportunity:

  • Work across specialist children's services teams, managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality statutory social work interventions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing assessments and safeguarding interventions
  • Managing child protection and care planning processes
  • Working directly with children and families to achieve positive change
  • Building effective multi-agency partnerships
  • Promoting the voice and lived experience of children in all decision-making

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW or equivalent)
  • Registered or in process of registering with the HCPC
  • UK statutory children's social work experience
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and child protection processes
  • Excellent assessment, analytical and communication skills
  • A compassionate, resilient and child-centred approach
