What you\’ll be doing:As MSP Implementation Manager, you\’ll lead the delivery of new MSP programme implementations from end to end – ensuring a smooth, professional and positive experience for every client. This is a role that combines project management, stakeholder collaboration, and process excellence.Project ManagementOwn and lead the implementation project plan for each new MSP clientDrive timelines, manage risks, and align internal/external resourcesProduce and maintain project reports, action logs, and communication plansTrack and report progress to senior stakeholdersOperational ExcellenceSupport the design and continuous improvement of our implementation frameworkWork closely with the VMS provider and Tech teams to set up systems and data workflowsOnboard supply partners, ensuring compliance and accurate data transferMaintain accurate meeting minutes and documentation throughout the processChange & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and action areas of improvement in implementation and onboarding processesCollaborate with Tech, Compliance and MSP teams to evolve the client experience and reporting frameworkPeople & CultureLive and promote our values around equity, diversity and inclusionTake ownership of your own learning and developmentContribute to a positive, collaborative and forward-thinking team cultureWhat we\’re looking for:You\’re a natural problem solver, enthusiastic about change, and love turning ideas into action.
