This team values collaboration, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm. The role of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to support and coordinate supply chain projects aimed at improving quality, supply reliability and cost optimisation. This role also supports the execution of the supply chain sustainability journey, commercialisation of new and promotional products and inclusive supply base initiatives. The role additionally supports end-to-end value chain improvement initiatives led by the SCM Senior Projects and Value Lead. This includes the following key performance areas:Projects are executed and delivered on time, with effective balance for quality, supply and costSupply chain product and process optimisation to improve business modelEnsure food, pack, equipment changes land successfully across the region – working with both internal stakeholders and franchiseesSupport and execute the inclusive supply base strategy aligned to business expectationsAssist in gathering and preparing data to support inflation outlooks and commercial impact assessments The Supply Chain Coordinator will report to SCM Projects & Value LeadThe Day to Day:Support agile prioritisation of initiatives and programme-level coordination Integrate projects and initiatives to overall delivery of supply chain goalsSupport project lifecycle activities including documentation, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updatesDevelop and maintain a KPI scorecard system to track the performance for projectsUse project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, or equivalent) to support tracking and reportingDrive can-do and “breakthrough” mindset within Project teams, to ensure teamwork across the entire stakeholder groupSupport the supply chain digitization strategy in alignment with Yum!
