This role is ideal for someone who’s got a sharp eye for detail, thrives on structure, and is confident managing the day-to-day functions of a busy office, including the financial operations.You’ll be the linchpin of studio operations, with a particular focus on financial administration (Xero experience is ideal). From raising and chasing invoices to reconciling accounts, managing project budgets, and working closely with external accountants, you’ll keep the financial wheels turning smoothly. While this isn’t a senior finance or accounting role, you will be the go-to person for all things bookkeeping.Alongside the finance work, you’ll also take ownership of broader studio admin — keeping the space organised, supporting the team, and ensuring clients and visitors are well looked after.
