You’ve already led strategy for medium to large clients with a solid degree of autonomy, and you\’re fast approaching Senior Strategist level. You take ownership of briefs from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and turn complex problems into inspiring creative springboards. You’re collaborative, down-to-earth, and thrive in a team that values energy and original thinking over ego. You’re just as comfortable sparring ideas with creatives as you are managing senior stakeholders—and your emotional intelligence lets you do both with ease and impact. Most importantly, you don’t see strategy as precious.
