With a strong reputation for quality and timeless design, we are proud to dress the modern gentleman and woman with impeccable craftsmanship and style.The RoleWe now require a driven, passionate and talented Store Manager to lead and manage our team in Cardiff.Responsibilities:Providing strong duty management skills and supporting sales staff to achieve their goals. Ensuring all staff are trained and competent in using store systemsManaging stock/inventoryAssisting with the implementation of all new policies and proceduresProviding excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales Responsibility for opening and closing procedures. Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results.Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales.Qualification/Skillsets:Solid experience of at least 2-3 years working in a store management position. Previous tailoring experience is essential.Experience of working within retail, preferably fashion retail.Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends at times. Immediate start preferredSolid experience of working in a Store Management position with a track record of building business and attracting local customersExperience of working within retail Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills coupled with an organised and proactive approach. The ability to lead and motivate others is the key to success. All selected candidates must be available for immediate interview.
