Our client is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 6-month temporary contract with availability in the West Midlands. They are an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering projects worldwide.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The rates are:£18 per flat£26 per house£29 per block£40 per flat +EPC£50 per house + EPCThe ideal candidate will have a background in repairs & maintenance or building surveying and also have experience conducting Stock Condition Surveys on social housing properties. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting stock condition surveys & EPCs on social housing units to ensure buildings are designed and constructed appropriately Establishing condition, age, repairs and remaining life of building components & also energy characteristics and legislative complianceEnsuring a timely return of all relevant documentation and managing own lists in specified timeframeProducing regular reports on handheld devices on applicable softwareExperience required:Stock Condition Surveying experience for social housing propertiesExperience booking in appointments to conduct surveys DEA accreditationSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Must hold a full UK driving license Rewards and Benefits:Flexible workingManage your own diaryWorking hours:Monday – FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
