About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned Sr. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead the performance and reliability of offshore wind turbine assets. As part of a leading OEM in the offshore wind sector, you’ll play a critical role in managing service operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the O&M of offshore wind turbines, ensuring high availability and performance.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.Manage and mentor technicians and service engineers, ensuring strict HSE compliance.Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.Analyze turbine performance data to identify trends, improve reliability, and optimize schedules.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, grid codes, and contractual obligations.Oversee budgets, resource planning, and spare parts inventory for efficient operations.Support continuous improvement through best practices, training, and technical development.Coordinate unit installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.Manage fault recovery, major repairs, inspections, and issue resolution.Oversee daily management and training of project engineering personnel.Coordinate safety, cost, quality, progress, and logistics management for the project.Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with project stakeholders and customers.Key Skills & ExperienceProven experience in offshore wind turbine O&M, preferably with an OEM or service provider.Strong knowledge of wind turbine systems, SCADA, and remote diagnostics.Leadership experience managing technical teams and offshore personnel.Solid understanding of offshore HSE standards, LOLER, PUWER, and GWO certifications.Familiar with CMMS and data-driven maintenance strategies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.GWO, BOSIET, or equivalent offshore certifications required.
