The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data integrity, accuracy, and performance across various database systems. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA professionals to ensure high-quality data-driven applications.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and accuracy.Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for database testing.Identify, document, and track data-related defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with development teams to understand data models and business logic.Conduct performance testing on database queries and stored procedures.Automate database testing using tools like Selenium, Apache JMeter, or Python scripts.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server).Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.Understanding of database design, normalization, and indexing.Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Knowledge of automation frameworks for database testing is a plus.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
