This role will provide expert oversight, support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activity and help relieve capacity pressures within the internal team.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as subject‐matter expert in one or more of the following areas: Medical gases, Lifts, Ventilation systems, Water and plumbing systems
  • Support delivery and oversight of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes

  • Strong mechanical engineering background, potentially from an advanced trade (e.g. plumbing or mechanical engineering)
