Solutions Engineer @ £30M FintechI’m working with a rapidly scaling SaaS business that is building out its customer-facing technical function and looking to make a foundational hire: a Junior Solutions Engineer. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a role at the intersection of technology, product, and customer success, in a company that is still at the exciting early stages of its journey.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer onboarding and implementation process, working closely with Product and Go-to-Market Engineering teams to design solutions that help customers unlock value quickly. This is not just a delivery role, it’s a chance to help build the playbook for how onboarding and solutions engineering are done in a business that is scaling fast and aiming to define a new category.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the customer implementation lifecycle, from signed agreement through to go-live.Translate complex customer requirements into the product’s data model and workflows.Provide expert guidance to customers, accelerating their onboarding and optimising their use of the platform.Act as a conduit for customer feedback into the Product and Engineering teams, helping shape the future roadmap.Contribute to building the frameworks and best practices that will support future hires in the function.5 days a week in London officeCandidate Profile1–4 years’ experience in a technical or analytical role such as implementation management, solutions engineering, product analysis, or data analysis within a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.A strong technical background, either through a STEM degree, technical side projects, or experience working with complex products/teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of problems and deliver outcomes at pace.Excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.This role will suit you if you…Enjoy working directly with customers on detailed technical implementations.Thrive in small, fast-moving teams where there is ambiguity and constant iteration.Are excited by the chance to help shape the foundations of an implementation function.Want exposure to critical product and company decisions still ahead.Can manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Salary – £50k – £70k + equity
