Roles & Responsibilities:
- Produce customer technical requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert and be accountable for the customer solution design engagement during post-sales solution delivery, participating/leading detailed design and system integration workshops
- Provide detailed solution design
- Accountable for producing Vodafone Design Statement of Work, to include 3rd party deliverables and then complete the detailed solution design in accordance with Vodafone Design methodology ensuring compliance of 3rd party design deliverables.
- Produce HLD - Produce High Level Design collateral to support the proposed solution for National Grid CNI Separation Programme
- Produce LLD - Produce Low Level Design to support the proposed solution for National Grid CNI Separation Programme
- Highly effective technical planning across customer, internal and 3rd Party technical teams.
Requirement:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field, with a desired MSc/BE/Masters
- In-depth understanding of Telecom (eTOM, TAM, SID frameworks)
- OSS/BSS business process
- Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, SfI CPQ/OM
- Specialization in IT/Computer Science
- A minimum of 10-15 years of work experience
- Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience in COTS Application development.
