Opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate) to join a well-established, full-service law firm in South West London.The FirmOur client is a highly respected, full-service UK law firm with a strong regional presence and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across multiple practice areas.The firm’s Private Client department is well regarded and Legal 500 ranked, advising on the full spectrum of private client matters including wills, estate and inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trusts, cross-border estates, and mental capacity issues.With a headcount large enough to provide access to varied, complex work while retaining a collaborative and approachable culture, the firm offers both quality and work-life balance.VacancyOur client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 6+ years\’ PQE to join their busy and growing Private Client department in South West London.The role will involve advising a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and trustees, often with cross-border considerations. The work will include wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, tax matters, and mental capacity work.Candidates with experience in mental capacity issues, business succession planning, or cross-border estates are particularly encouraged to apply.
