This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique and technical area of litigation, focusing on the defence of various disease claims.Title: Solicitor or Legal ExecutiveLocation: RemoteSalary: Up to £55,000Previous Experience: A background in disease claimsAbout the RoleThe successful applicant will handle a wide variety of Employer\'s Liability & Public Liability Disease claims including respiratory and lung disease, skin disease, vibration injuries and occupational cancer, including asbestos-related diseases.The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates.
