As they grow their digital presence, they are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join the team and bring the story to life across Instagram and TikTok.

The Role

As Social Media Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on creating engaging short-form content that resonates with their audience. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to craft authentic, thumb-stopping videos that showcase wellness routines, product highlights, and community stories.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Edit and publish Reels and TikToks using brand assets and trending audio.
  • Plan and storyboard creative content ideas that align with brand goals and seasonal moments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to feature skincare and supplement routines, tutorials, product spotlights, and user-generated content.
  • Post regularly and engage with the community in real-time, spotting and jumping on trends quickly.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to grow reach, engagement, and conversions.

About You:

  • You have hands-on experience editing content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Proficient in tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
  • You’re genuinely passionate about wellness, skincare, and supplements.
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling and understanding of brand tone.
  • Comfortable being behind and occasionally in front of the camera.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time well in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
  • Basic photography or graphic design skills.
  • Understanding of paid social media and boosting strategies.
