Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? Want to help open a brand-new GP site? We are working with an experienced Vet Surgeon (over 20 years PQE) as they are opening a brand new practice in 2026!

The Role

  • Full or part time, permanent position.
  • Delivering high-quality and compassionate care to a varied small animal caseload.
  • Manage your own cases with clinical freedom, and support available when needed.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients who value continuity and trust.
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced nursing and support team.

About You

  • MRCVS with evidence of PQE.
  • Confident in routine consults and surgery, with the ability to work sole charge when required.
  • Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Looking for a supportive workplace where wellbeing is prioritised.

The Practice

  • Newly opening in 2026, equipped with modern facilities and equipment.
  • Utilise multiple consult and theatre rooms; digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound full orthopaedic kit and an amazing in-house lab.
  • Days-only site with no OOH or on call on the rota.
  • Emphasis on collaboration, trust and growth.
  • Commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Kettering, Rugby, Coventry, Banbury and all surrounding areas.
