Future Build have partnered with a leading House Builder to find a Site Manager for a residential project in Oxford. The company has an excellent reputation for training, development and progression of their staff as well as a leading bonus scheme. They complete residential projects throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties, which are a mix of traditional, RC and Timber Frame delivered to a very high standard.
The Project: 100 Traditional Build units made up of 3 blocks of flats and town houses.
The Role: To work alongside the project lead to oversee the delivery of the project through to handover. Managing subcontractors, health and safety while pushing programme and quality.
