What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for coordinating all electrical engineering aspects of projects
- Ensuring designs, procurement, and installations align seamlessly across disciplines
- Technically reviewing and approving procurement packages and subcontractor submissions
- Leading drawing coordination, ensuring accuracy and buildability
- Supporting commercial delivery alongside the Project Surveyor
- Managing labour, productivity, and materials to keep projects on track and profitable
- Working closely with Site Managers to drive installation progress and resolve issues
- Monitoring project performance through reporting and productivity tracking
- Acting as Project Manager when required – this role is a clear step toward PM level
