ISS is seeking a Change Control Manager to join our Technical Services function, ensuring robust governance and control of all change activity across a regional portfolio. This role is critical in managing risk, compliance, and the safe delivery of project works within live operational environments. The role acts as a key interface between clients, project teams, suppliers, and internal operations, ensuring all works are properly assessed, documented, and approved before execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and triage Change Control submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assess RAMS, drawings, and technical documentation to identify risks and gaps
- Ensure all works comply with governance, standards, and approval processes
- Lead and coordinate Change Control / CAB meetings with key stakeholders
- Act as main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on change activity
- Monitor, track, and report on Change Control activity and progress
- Conduct audits (system and site-based) to ensure compliance with standards
- Investigate breaches and escalate issues where required
- Manage supplier documentation and ensure timely project handover packs
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on Change Control processes
- Support continuous improvement and implementation of change management systems and tools
Key requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, life safety systems)
- Experience in project delivery, facilities management, or change control environments
- Knowledge of RAMS, risk management, and safe systems of work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documentation
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to enforce governance and challenge non-compliance when required
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- IT literate with strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tool skills
- Strong safety awareness and understanding of compliance requirements
