We are working with a fast-growing, innovation-driven biotech organization seeking a Business Development Manager – Licensing to play a pivotal role in expanding their global footprint. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of science and business, driving licensing and commercialization strategies for a diverse portfolio of advanced antibody assets across areas such as immuno-oncology, autoimmune diseases, neurology, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and develop external opportunities including out-licensing and co-development deals
  • Lead business case development, including strategic analysis, risk assessment, and executive recommendations
  • Drive cross-functional due diligence and alliance management across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Finance
  • Manage deal processes end-to-end: from initial outreach to negotiation and closure
  • Shape and refine business development & licensing strategy aligned with corporate goals
  • Represent the organization at global conferences and build strong industry partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • PhD in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related field
  • Strong expertise in antibody drug discovery and development
  • Ability to translate complex biological data into compelling licensing narratives
  • Familiarity with modalities such as mAbs, bispecifics, and ADCs
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align science with market opportunities
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
