OVERVIEW
You’ll play a key role in supporting client teams and ensuring smooth trade operations. In this position, you’ll resolve unmatched trade exceptions through direct communication with client teams, internal departments, and Sales & Trading. Your responsibilities include performing daily nostro and depot reconciliations, responding promptly to client inquiries via phone and email, and consistently delivering a top-tier client experience. You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline processes and support automation efforts. In addition, you’ll contribute to projects involving new products, platforms, and regulatory changes, while keeping all documentation and procedures up to date.
