ServiceNow Product Manager required to lead and optimise the enterprise ServiceNow platform within a complex global environment in Glasgow. The IT environment is rapidly modernising, and the organisation is committed to leveraging enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow to deliver efficiency, visibility, and automation at scale.The RoleAs ServiceNow Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform across all global sites.You’ll own the platform roadmap, oversee delivery of new functionality, and ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with organisational goals.
