They are now looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their growing internal ServiceNow team, supporting BAU activity and driving enhancements across their enterprise platform.The Role:Join a collaborative, close-knit team of 12 (including 2 Business Analysts) to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform used by both internal staff and external clients. You’ll capture requirements, advise on best practices, and ensure delivery of robust platform solutions in line with business needs.
