We are currently recruiting a high achieving Senior Workshop Manager for our Volvo Dealership based in Worcester. The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00. In every aspect of our dealerships our aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Benefits include a basic of up to £42,000 and OTE of £48,000, plus a company car & benefits.The Senior Workshop Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the workshop, liaising between Service Advisor’s and Technicians, ensuring that all required work is actioned effectively and efficiently. This a real hands on role and you will be joining the senior management team at Volvo Worcester.You will be reporting directly into the Head of Business & Divisional Aftersales Manager and be responsible for the workload between 3 Service Advisors and 10 Vehicle Technicians.
