This is a fully remote position working with teams across Europe and Asia timezones.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end design process for our digital productsLead UX improvements for our ecommerce enablement platform, with emphasis on user flows and interface designMaintain and evolve our website design and app designDevelop and implement a cohesive design system across all digital touchpointsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsCollaborate closely with our marketing team and developers to bring designs to lifeDocument design decisions and maintain design libraries in FigmaRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertiseExperience designing B2B websites and mobile appsProficiency with design tools including Figma, Vercel, and similar platformsStrong understanding of user experience principles and best practicesExperience creating and maintaining design systemsExcellent communication skills for remote collaborationIndependent working style with strong documentation habitsDemonstrated experience working with a global platform/productBonus SkillsHTML/CSS knowledge to slice your own designsExperience working with product teams in the ecommerce or SaaS spaceExperience designing for international markets and usersSalary Range$100,000- $125,000 (USD) depending on experienceWhat We OfferFully remote work environmentOpportunity to shape the digital experience for a growing global ecommerce enablement companyDirect impact on company growth and user satisfaction
